LICENSING OPTIONS
AMP offers license and service options to meet the needs of schools and admissions offices of all sizes. Our flexible pricing fits every school profile, whatever the size of your program and AMP modules you select. We work with you to understand your processes, consult about your workflow and develop a customized solution.
Another plus: We do not place access limitations or restrictions on your solution. That means you pay no per-seat, per-user or per-application fees.
IMPLEMENTATION TIMELINES
Development, implementation (full or phased) and testing of one or more AMP modules is usually completed within one to three months. This timeframe varies depending on the scope and scale of service requirements.
DEPLOYMENT OPTIONS
Schools may choose on-premise (installed) or hosted options for deploying AMP.
On-premise (installed)
Our developers work in concert with the school’s IT team to install and maintain the AMP software in the school’s IT environment, with our teams requiring minimal ongoing support for server set-up/upkeep, network upkeep, OS patches and backup/recovery of the data. AMP’s service team professionals deploy, manage, maintain, monitor and upgrade the solution for schools, allowing administrators to focus on business processes.
Hosted
With the hosted model, the school licenses the software, and we install and manage it for you. We are hosted by AWS®, a leader in reliable cloud-based hosting, giving you—and your applicants—peace of mind.
