MMI Interviews
While traditional interviews are still being utilized, MMI interviews are growing in popularity amongst schools. MMI offers the opportunity for students to be viewed through the eyes of several interviewers over multiple assessments. Interested in implementing MMI into your admissions process? You can count on us for a smooth transition! We’ve implemented 25+ customized MMI processes, so we know the drill! Here are a few new MMI features to look out for:
- A more robust user interface to store your MMI Scenarios
- Configurations to customize different MMI Scenario fields
- Ability to assign different interview forms to each MMI Scenario
- Configurations to update your own MMI stations, Interview Forms & Interviewer Availability Time Slots

Are your interviewers looking for a quicker and more efficient way to enter their availability on a recurring basis?
- Check out AMP’s new functionality for Admins & Interviewers to enter repeated availability. The interviewer can choose a start and end date for their repeated availability and enter specific time slots for different days of the week + how each week.
Sick of having interview days with plenty of applicants and not enough interviewers?
- We understand that getting interviewers to sign up for interviewer days isn’t the easiest task out there. In fact, many schools mention that this is the most difficult part about their interview season! With AMP’s new functionality, your interviewers can sign up for any active days, and only the number of slots that are available via Interviewer Availability appear for the applicant to schedule!
Do you require information from the applicant prior to their interview date, such as dietary restrictions or confidentiality forms??
- Look no further! Applicants can be required to submit their required forms prior to scheduling their interview date, so you never have to scramble for information on your interview day!
Did You Know?
With AP Tools retiring, we understand more than ever the importance of sending applicant Final Actions to AMCAS via your AMP’s ‘AMCAS Update’ tool. We’ve given this tool a facelift. Seriously. Check out these features:
- Not only can users send actions manually, AMP can now send up the actions of your choice automatically – whether it be an interim action or final action. For example, if you invite an applicant to interview in the AMP site, we’ll recognize this and automatically send the interim status of IN to AMCAS.
- AMP will now have the ability to resend an action that was missed within the AMCAS sequence of actions manually.
- AMP developers are building a ‘History’ within each applicant’s file to visualize the flow of AMCAS Actions that have been sent, as well if any have failed or reason for failing.
